消息称三星将开始试产 115 英寸 RGB MicroLED 电视，主打色彩纯度 - IT之家

IT之家 6 月 13 日消息，据韩媒 TheElec 昨晚报道，三星即将启动一款 115 英寸 RGB Micro LED 电视的试产。消息人士透露，三星电视业务负责人尹锡雨（音译）上周前往越南工厂，亲自检查了相关生产流程。这款 RGB Micro LED 电视是三星 Neo QLED 电视的升级版。Neo QLED 采用 Mini LED 作为背光源，属于液晶电视（LCD）的一种。

Telegram hopes to raise $1bn with a convertible bond private placement

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
